TERMS OF USE

Revv.fm is a free, 18+ community for rating vehicle builds and finding compatible crew. Rate craft, never people. Keep meetups public-first. Break the safety rules and you lose the account, that is most of it.

You must be 18 or older. We collect your date of birth at signup: it's self-declared and locked after your first entry; we don't currently run ID or document verification (a stronger check may be added for specific features later). One account per person. Sign-in is passwordless (magic link or emailed code) with 2-step verification permanently on, you are responsible for keeping your email and authenticator secure.

You own what you post. You grant us a license to display it inside the service and on share pages you create. Plates are auto-blurred and photo metadata is stripped by default; keeping a plate visible is your explicit per-photo choice. Think something posted here infringes your copyright? No harassment, doxxing, or hate. No inviting or organizing reckless driving: this is an instant-removal offense. No scams, impersonation, or commercial spam. People are never rated, and there are no public negative signals to weaponize.

Build ratings are private; only aggregates ever display, and only after 10 independent raters. We may exclude ratings that show manipulation (brigades, rings, incentives). Reputation is a Bayesian index, not an average, and never affects who must see your build.

We can warn, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts and remove content that violates these terms. Critical safety reports are triaged within 1 hour. Every enforcement action can be appealed in-app from the enforcement notice: a different moderator reviews the appeal than the one who made the original decision, and both the appeal and its outcome are logged.

You can delete your account any time (see the deletion page for exactly what is removed and what is retained up to 90 days). We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. This is a US-only beta: these terms are governed by California law and offered solely to United States residents; we don't currently support sign-up or access from the UK or European Economic Area, and this beta has no separate EU/UK representative. We may revise these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the effective date below, and for material changes we'll give notice in-app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Revv.fm after a change takes effect, you accept the revised terms; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
