We respect copyright and remove infringing material on a valid notice. This policy covers how to send one, how to counter-notice if your own content gets pulled, and what happens to repeat infringers.

Email dmca@revv.fm with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include: your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; the exact Revv.fm content (a build, photo, or share link) and where it appears; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. Notices missing these elements can’t be actioned.

A valid notice gets the content taken down and the poster notified with a copy of the notice. Accounts with repeat, valid infringement claims against them are terminated.

If your own content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the material's location, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error, plus consent to your local federal court's jurisdiction. We may restore the content after the timeline the law requires, unless the original claimant files suit.
